Winter Wonderland is open Wednesday – Sunday. 

Wed – Thurs – Sunday : Hours 6pm- 10pm

Fri -Saturday : Hours 6pm-11pm

Prepare to be swept away into a magical drive-thru adventure, where you’ll enjoy a mixture of holiday lights, New Mexico culture, live performers, Santa’s Forest and more! Experience holiday wonderlands and use your Christmas Spirit to keep the Grinch from stealing Xmas.

We have reports that Santa and his sleigh will be somewhere at the Winter Wonderland! It’s up to humans to generate enough Christmas Spirit to make him appear.

Santa photo opportunities are available Fri – Sat -Sun from 6pm-9pm

Yes, there will be many photo moments worth documenting. Feel free to dress festively! There can never be too much Christmas spirit!

Yes, will have beverages like hot cocoa and soda available every night. Food vendors will be onsite every weekend and on some select weekday nights.

Yes, merchandise will be available to purchase from your vehicle. Purchased merchandise will be brought to your car.

LOGISTICS

Our friendly staff will greet you at the front entrance to check in your party. You may print out your tickets at home and bring them with you; otherwise, please have your emailed ticket(s) ready on any mobile device. You will not need to leave your car at any point. Simply pull up to the entrance and a masked/socially distanced team member will walk over to your car window and scan your tickets. We require that you have your mask on at any point when your car windows are rolled down.

The event is located at EXPO NM – 300 San Pedro Dr NE – Entrance on GATE 3

The height limit is 9 feet.

You must be in a car to attend the event. Customers without a car will not be admitted. If you come in an Uber or Lyft, you must also have a ticket for the driver.

Yes. The following will not be granted access to the event: bicycles, vehicles over 10-feet tall, motorcycles, scooters, convertibles without a roof or windows, jeeps without doors, cars with trailer attachments, trucks with passengers in the bed of the truck, minibuses that accommodate more than eight passengers, buses, RVs, and limos.

Festive attire, a smartphone with Android or iOS software, a mask, and Christmas Spirit! A Bluetooth-enabled speaker will be beneficial, either via your car stereo system or as a separate portable device.

Yes, you can bring outside food, provided that all trash stays within your car. Please don’t feed the elves.

Yes, provided that pets stay in the car at all times. 

Please alert one of our helpful staff members who will be present throughout the experience, and they will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately, you will not be able to re-enter the experience if you leave early.

The experience happens rain or shine.

Restrooms will be available for use at the start and at the end of the experience. You may only leave your car to use the restrooms. Please be aware that you must wear a mask in order to use the restrooms. Our restrooms will be cleaned on a continual basis and will strictly adhere to health and safety recommendations to keep you safe.

Toys for Tots

Bringing a toy is optional, but if you do bring a toy, it would certainly help build more Christmas Spirit! If you prefer to make a monetary donation in lieu of bringing a toy, there is an option during ticket purchase to make a donation. The funds will benefit our charity partners: Toys for Tots and Carrie Tingley Children’s Hospital Foundation

The toys will be donated to Toys for Tots and Carrie Tingley Children’s Hospital.

All toys will need to be sealed in their original packaging, but they should not be gift-wrapped.

Ticketing

You can purchase tickets online here . Individual tickets can also be purchased at the door.

We recommend buying tickets in advance due to the event’s limited capacity. If you come to the event without a pre-purchased order, we may not be able to accommodate you. 

Yes, there is a 5 person max per vehicle

Tickets are nonrefundable. We will make best efforts to accommodate exchanges in certain circumstances, but only at times when inventory allows.

We recommend printing your tickets. However, we are also able to scan your tickets from your smartphone.
